@Yangedd you obviously never watched the show. Sue Ellen was an alcoholic as she pissed away her days drinking away in the early days. She got herself together at some point.

Sue Ellen wasn't raped however BD Clahoun took pictures of her with him and then sent them to JR. I think Sue Ellen was passed out on a couch or sofa. BD didn't need to actually rape Sue Ellen to get the message across to JR, namely I can get to you and your family. This was a nasty head game.
