Following the death of his elderly grandmother, Mike Franks travels with his wife Pam and 10-year-old daughter Amy to his grandmother's old house where he accidentally finds an old letter hidden behind a portrait of George Washington. A morbid letter supposedly written by Washington about killing and eating children. In trying to verify the authenticity of the letter, Mike becomes the target of 'the Washingtonians'; a secret society of various and powerful people who protect the secret life of the 'Father of the Country', and whom, like Washington... are cannibals.

  • @Jcolinsol Just watched it. The last 10 seconds cracked me right up. Classic.

  • @Jcolinsol Ah, I see! That's... really cool. I think I'll have to check out more of this stuff, then!

  • @Ignoranus

So, the idea of Masters of Horror is, that they got all these great horror directors, and they gave them like a million bucks and the freedom to make anything they want. Some of these are goofy (Landis' "Deer Woman") some of them are serious, (Takashi Miike's "Imprint").

This one is making a joke, but it's just so played to the hilt that it's hilarious. Every conceivable aspect of Washington's life gets subverted to the joke of him being a cannibal. It's really quite cool.

  • i loved this movie :D just thinking about it still makes my skin crawl cuz of how creepy it was haha

and plus one of the other reasons why i love this movie because the George Washington on this was hoooooooooot XD i love the fact that they made him evil.. i love Evil men hahaha

im admitting it coooooz i has no shame!!! XD

  • @kamiljakubiak LOL YOU JUST MADE MY DAY!!!! XD

  • @Winchester85 agreed! ever since i saw this the other night i kept on wondering if they ever cept any juicy secrets from us haha and after watching this i'v been kind of interested in Historical stuff like The Presidents haha yeah mainly them especially George Washington! XD it would be funny if he really was a Cannibal hahaha

  • "historians are nothing but PR people of the past"

Are you kidding me??? The script writer must've never actually read an American history written after 1975.

  • This movie was a little disturbing but was pretty cheezy too. The story has a really good point. How well do we really know any historic figure. Text books and historians can portray people has heroes or virtous but how do we really know.

  • Having never actually seen this show, I have to ask... Is this meant to be a comedy? Because this video's kind of hilarious. Cartoonishly horrifying... Although I absolutely love Saul Rubinek's delivery of the lines, he's awesome, it's just that the entire concept is moderately horrifying as it's presented. Then, the shot of "Washington" eating a totally raw foot from the plate with blood splattered down his front... it's so cartoony and goofy that I can't take it seriously.
