News Agencies report each summer about fires in one or another country. Fire brings colossal losses. Firefighting aviation comes to help. Literally sliding along the water, a seaplane fills a water-tank in a few seconds. And now tons of water are ready again to be dropped in the center of fire...
Today seaplanes are used, mainly, in an extraordinary situations. But during their whole history they were fighting, they were transporting passengers and they were saving people.

The documentary speaks about creation and development of fighters, bombers, helicopters, reconnaissance planes, hydro-planes, planes of civilian Aviation and also about sport and training Aviation, in the USSR and Russia.

the show is good....but i think the narrator for wings of the red star is a lot better on the ears...plus i think the show is a lot better...but none the less this is also a great show not like the stuff they have now in the tv shows now at days.....no one takes the time to do or make great footage....now at days everything is almost made with computers..
