Yoni123 said it best when he referred to this as a "gameplay trailer". So I changed the name, successfully satisfying the "gameplay" supporters and simultaneously appeasing the "trailer" enthusiasts.

Doesn't look like gameplay to me. Just a crappy video showing off the same skill over and over at different angles.
gameplay — n the plot of a computer or video game or the way that it is played.
Not half-ass second long cut scenes. That, is called a trailer.
All it's missing are the names of the skill, and then it becomes a skill guide. Still not gameplay.

Cutscene - a sequence in a video game over which the player has no or only limited control, breaking up the gameplay and used to advance the plot, present character development, and provide background information, atmosphere, dialogue and clues.
Please tell me where you see a cutscene in here? This is "the way it is played" by your definition. The developers have direct control over the character and re filming real-time video of them playing the game... their gameplay.
