My first Super NES rom hack review, this one being a hack of Super Mario World. It's a pretty simple and straight forward hack of the original game. It doesn't really add anything new or different like many other SMW hacks I've seen (not so far, anyway). Still, it gets the job done and is an overall fun game.

This is really strange, I have this game but the map of Yoshi's island is different. Is it possible that I have a newer version???

This is great :) faithful to the actual Super Mario World theme. Custom Graphics just look bad in some cases, though Super Mario Odyssey was really neat.

I understand that some people don't want a completely new game, but the level design of this game is poor. Just my opinion, I guess.

@AmonAmarth02 I just took a quick look at the other hack that you mentioned yeah the other hacks are good but maybe some people don't want a completely different game they just want Mario World with new levels.

I've seen some ridiculous hacks almost enough to make them unplayable I would still say this ranks as one of the better ones

There are literally hundreds of better hacks than this.

Look at "mario's lost world" by icegoom for instance.
