the lights your using are great for growing, but you really need to find another source for bloom, do you mixed warms, and cools in those lights?plant look healty just really laggy, from lack of light. peace bro.

HID stands for High Intensity Discharge (lamp), if anyone cares :P that's why you need a ballast with them

hes right bro those floresents are just going to make them tall and stretchy and rather weak with a very small yeild for this size plants and room and effort you are putting into it you would be alot better off with hps or hid thats a good start if its your first attempt
