Wrestling is good for getting the fight to the ground and dominating the top position...BJJ is good for the bottom position, reversals & submissions. Wrestling compliments jiu-jitsu & vice-versa..Add boxing & muay thai and you're well on your way to being a complete fighter short of a weapon. Dont bicker and argue over which one is the best because there is no best. Learn the effectiveness of them all.
