As a bugler at Arlington National Cemetery, Staff Sergeant Andrew Allphin has played "Taps" thousands of times. And yet, each time he hits those 24 notes he is moved with a desire to show honor and respect to the families of fallen military veterans. In this month's edition of D.C. Gigs, Marc Adams catches up with the U.S. Army band bugler as he describes the unique demands of the job.
