Gotta Have You (A Jonas Brother Love Story)

I awoke to find myself lying down. My head ached like I had just been hit by a train and i didn't remember anything. The last thing i remember was sitting in my car with some friends at a stop light, and that was it, everything went blank....
I opened my eyes to see a doctor touching the IV in my arm. I was in a hospital. Well, how the hell did i get there??? The doctor never said anything to me, but he kept giving me this look like "why the hell are you still living?" It freaked me out a little.
The doctor helped me sit up in bed, and then I saw them... a whole row of friends and family, and they looked shocked or were crying.. what was going on..
Demi and Nick were there. They were in the car with me and they were fine.
Then I realized who was missing. The other person in the car with me. He was the only guy I fought with constantly, but i loved him with all my heart.
Where was Joe......
