Louis Armstrong and his All Stars perform You Rascal, You. The All Stars included Earl Hines, Barney Bigard, Henderson Chambers, Cozy Cole, and Arvell Shaw. Recorded from an old 16" radio transcription disc produced for the U.S. Treasury Dept to promote Savings Bonds. Says on the label "Not To Be Played Before May 7, 1950". Great group, great song.

I've checked around a bit and haven't been able to find an exact match to this recording. I wonder if it was done in the studio just for this show? If it was, then it would be unique. Enjoy!

I have an old 78 rpm record with Louis Armstrong singing Skokiaan. Probably the very best I've heard from him. Unfortunately, I tried to post it to YT but there were copyright issues. Too bad.
