what IS it that you have against limo rides? Youve left this comment on every Phil Spector vid Ive seen. Im glad the victim's family got justice- Phil deserves what he got. But its sad- he gave so much to the music I love- Its sad he took her life- its sad he wrecked his own. The gloating isnt necessary. When a dog is rabid, you put him down behind the barn- you dont run around town gloating about how he'll never play fetch again. Let it go.

Phil Spector lies like he breathes, as evidenced by his ever-changing story (pre-trial) as to what happened. There really isn't any POINT in putting him on the stand. As much as I think he did it and should be locked away for the rest of his life, I don't ever fault a defendant for not taking the stand. It's their right & the choice has nothing to do with their guilt or innocence - it's strictly strategy.
That said, I LOVE watching murderers take the stand; it's usually HIGHLY entertaining.

The man is a menace to society and ESPECIALLY to women -- I hope the egomaniacal little pissant is convicted and shut away for the rest of his life.
