@cykadelik You're probably correct.
It isn't clear to me whether the video is from a civilian car or the dash cam of a police car. We all know that police can also make driving mistakes. Anyhow, it seems like the camera car was going too fast for conditions or . . . it may have been time-lapse photography (which gives the impression of speed). Years ago I did a 12 frames per second movie with an 8mm camera on a mountain road. Made me look like a race car driver :-)

@nemo227 looks like he saw the cop car, tried to slow down and did the usual forgetting that you don't use the breaks in snow :) hey just my opinion. :)
