  • @standard101 Yes. Don't move from the contact point or from the shoulder. Use the contact point only to connect your center (spine) to his center (spine) then just move from inside your center. Sounds esoteric, but it has something to do with taking advantage of proprioception effects instead of just viewing the body as a bunch of levers and pulleys. Look up an aikido channel called kazeutabudokai and look for a musubi video.

  • Is he saying that he uses his "spine force" to move the opponent?

  • good old sifu albert

  • It's been a privilege to get to know such a skilled and truly good person I love instructor alberts classes:)

  • It's a dangerous move to grab a Wing Chun guy's hand really hard.

  • I have the utmost respect for Albert, Tony Psaila and all the others, for their great development of mind force. We do the same in the UK in the CST lineage, and we love to see it done in such a smooth and easy fashion by professionals :)

  • Brilliance, absolute brilliance!

  • that´s good!
