To be honest, I feel like that is His SONG. I've read the reprints of the original story, and I've been through every reincarnation. And in my opinion, the lyrics of that song seem to practically describe how Steve felt during his earliest missions as Captain America.
After the new movie comes out, I wouldn't be surprised to find a Music Video of it with That Song.
