it is fake, and very obviously so. Without a snipe, the man would not be alive. The spinal cord acts as a conduit for information from the brain to the rest of the body. If such a procedure was attempted, the neural impulses from the brain would be unable to reach anything. The heart would stop beating, the lungs would stop working, and all bodily functions would cease. Unconsciousness would result immediately from the trauma, and cell death would occur within minutes for lack of oxygen.

This is disgusting. How the fuck could you make a joke out of such serious emotionally and physically painful disabilities?
If you think this is funny, You would increase the worlds average IQ by jumping off a cliff.
