I think she has it but just doesn't feel the need to use it. She probably has it stored some where at Kisuke place.

I personally don't think Yuruichi has a zanpaktou. Even in the past arc we saw that she never had one. She must have simply excelled at kido and hand to hand combat to such a degree that she was made a captain.
