What I really like about this is that at last someone has spoken about the press crossing its limits. Irrespective of the case, the press must not give verdicts or induce verdicts in the public before it has been settled in court. And, is press is the representative of the public opinion (1% of the population ? ) then the politicians who represent nearly 75% should probably start giving verdicts...

if Mr. Jethmalani is so adamant not to discuss anything relating to the case then y d hell did he came for the interview?? and ask him if someone kills her daughter in public still he would say court only has the right to decide and no PRESS or anyone else, still will he take the case of the killer only bcoz it is his duty to stand by his client....

I am not judging this... but i think the media has a weaker argument here!!

Ram jethmalani himself is talking bullshit. In his words, on what basis he himself claim that media has no idea of public or evidence or press knows know laws. Sagarika did a great job remaining polite and smiling all the time :) Hats off to sagarika.
