Run the House of Representatives like a third world bazaar, willfully create confusion and we shouldn't be shocked at the end results. I'M STILL SHOCKED. This video is beyond disheartening. Politically I am a total Conservative and no Rangel fan. When he got in trouble this year I kinda took the position of he's 80+ years old- you may as well leave him alone- most of the Congress are on the take one way or the other.
