Fincher Questions Corzine in Subcommittee Hearing

The Financial Services Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee examined the decisions and events leading up to the collapse of MF Global during a hearing on Thursday. At the hearing, the Subcommittee heard from Jon Corzine, the former chief executive officer of MF Global, as well as regulators of the firm and the bankruptcy trustee.

The Subcommittee hearing will also focused on the effectiveness of regulators in overseeing the firm's activities, the impact that MF Global's bankruptcy will have on its customers, and the decision by the New York Federal Reserve to grant MF Global primary dealer status.

Since November, the Subcommittee has been at the forefront of investigating the downfall of MF Global. The Subcommittee has obtained hundreds of documents and other materials concerning MF Global and interviewed more than a dozen individuals. On December 7, the Subcommittee unanimously voted to issue a subpoena to compel Corzine's appearance.

Congress is a majority of treasonist trators that need to be locked up in there own FEMA camps and nation wide new elections of uncorrupted congress people need to fill the peoples houses. All votes for laws in violation of constitution should disqualify permanently all those member of congress from remaining or ever rejoining the body of law making. A vote against the constitution is treason of the highest order. No one is above the law.

Why in the hell does he hope no laws have been broken. Is it all of the sudden legal to steal 1.2 billion dollars? Is that his hope that it is now legal to do that. Well hell the congress said it is legal to torture, murder, kidnap, go to war, as long as it is a government executive , general, or even a lowly agent of government doing it. Hell even grunt solders are allowed to torture, murder, kidnap, and rape according to congress. Congress says woman and doc have a right to murder unborn!

I would like to see the people as outraged at the conduct of congress voting in the laws that over write the constitutions laws that demand the government can not punish anyone in any way without a jury finding them guilty of a crime. The supreme law of the land says the military , the police, the sherifs, the executive have no right to lay a hand on anyone to punish! Congress members vote for treason. Arrest are not punishment! Assults on persons by government agents are crimes!
