If you by saying "Lucy", refer to the remains of a Australopithecus afarensis female, found near Hadar, Ethiopia in 1974 by Tom Gray and Donald Johanson, I'm afraid your quite out of line there. The find is quite real, and has been through extensive and scrutenizing testing by several independent researchers and institutions over the years.

The picture at 01.30 from 'Strand magazine' 1895, is captioned in many places as being 'The Cardiff Giant', which is an infamous fake.

There have been multiple finds all across the world such as mounds of bones all across america which contain remains that make us look like jockeys compared to NBA players. The truth is out there and much of it has been suppressed. Many truths were suppressed only 50 years ago and science now claims the knowledge as new found. Wake up and do your research.
