The first prelude from the 2nd book by Claude Debussy. It's called 'Mists' (Brouillards).
It's one of the most mystifying pieces in Debussy's oeuvre, as it hints at polytonality.
The right hand plays in E-flat minor most of the piece, while the melodic lines in the left
hand keep hinting at C major.
Performed by Rick van Veldhuizen
Composed by Claude Debussy (1868-1918)
Very brave! But why? Patience with yourself & the nature of Debussy's music.
The shame is it is within your ability, if you just played at a slower & correct tempo.
Best wishes with your work.
