You forgot to mention how it was modified. In any case, apples to oranges. And what's this about the Mini not having space? Me, my Paps and his friend, me and Paps being 6'3 and weighing over 200lbs and his friend not far off, all can climb into a Mini (an original) and have plenty of room. It's not comfortable, but there is room. They may look small, but they don't have the cluster of plush interior trim that new cars do which takes up all kinds of space.

It had an A series engine bored out to 1400cc, Omega pistons lighten & balanced bottom end, Kent 286 cam, big valve head, weber 45 carb, Rolling roaded at 115bhp its connected to a straight cut g/b as i kept braking the standard ones.

Sadly i sold this car and it has been gone to the scrappy in the sky :-(

No the track was wet and we was only running 1/8 not 1/4mile

people hate it because they took all the origonality of the classic mini, cmon it isnt exactly small anymore is it? and bmw just made it for the money

@MrJakethemegasnake im a muscle car fan through and through (or just old school). But I have that supra bug. No doubt how you feel about minis is how i feel about supras. There is something unexplainable about it that just makes you love seeing it all the time. (i know supra is far from old school or muscle and i dont even have one)

@nitrousninja1 You'd be surprised mate, I've flogged a couple of V8's on the street in my 1340 Mini! Not hard at all, just gotta get them to follow you and then once they start to chase, take all the tight backstreets and watch them nearly tear the front end's off of their cars from almost goin cunt up!! Makes for a good laugh!

shouldnt this be called real mini v bmw..? I thought renault had a 'mini' vehicle and fiatetc the mini is just the mini , a british car , I thought, someone should do bmw for copyright, horrible car compared to the real one
