  • do you know if exist a armstrong EMGY version in 7.5 inch scale?? o just is for 1/6 scale (12 inch)

  • @hwoarangsaga In the portable line (7.5 inches) there were actually two EMGY Armstrongs that were made. There was the yellow NYC Armstrong that was part of the Bambaland sale back in April of 2010, and then there was the white and red JDF EMGY that was sold in March 2011 to generate proceeds to help victims of the Earthquake and Tsunami in Japan.

  • @yamata86 wow thank so much for the information, I'm looking for the EMGY yellow, but i think that only can take from a 4-pack version, or also came individually???, anyway i hope they re-sell o will be un restock. Some armstrongs are on preorder now in BBTS :D but i hope fin the yellow that i've said.

    Great video by the way!!!

  • @hwoarangsaga The yellow EMGY was only sold as part of a 4Pack or 8Pack. It wasn't sold individually like the current Armstrong figures. Haven't heard if Ash plans to ever do a reissue of those, but the yellow EMGY is a very very popular color scheme, so it's possible.

  • Have been unable to find this guy at a decent price or in factory sealed box...but Finally discovered why I Like this guy so much? ..its the proportions..Yep the arms are much smaller that the berties arms...thats why the armstrongs appear more visually pleasing..itsproportions...again thanks for the 3A reviews

  • @FrenzyandLazerbeak Wow, you know it seems like I made this video 100 years ago. It was the first unboxing video I ever made. I'm glad you like it.

Yeah the Armstrong figs have really cool proportions. I'm really liking the new Medic and EMGY versions that are starting to pop up over on the 3A boards.

  • @TheConnoisseurTV Hey Congrats!!!! I think you'll really like him when you get him in person. All the 1/6th Armstrongs are great figures. I'm really excited for the new ones that Ash is going to put up for sale soon.

  • Fuck yea this guy looks sick I won him on sleezebay for a decent price I can wait to add him to my collection, great reviews btw

  • @Nbernie72 Ash still hasn't told us when, but he still plans to do more 1/6th Armstrongs. He did tell us lastnight he is going to sell the 1/12th JDF/EMGY Armstrong on March 29 at 9am Hong Kong time. Thats on the 28th if your in the US. It will only be around 50-55 bucks and all the money goes to help Japan. If you want more info shoot me a PM and I'll give you links for the whole deal. It'll be a totally kick ass figure and it will help people hurt by the quake.

  • man, i so want one of these! >.<

  • @yamata86

    Thanks for the info=>)..Hell Ya!!

I will have to patient if they are going to produce some more

  • @FrenzyandLazerbeak Ash has said, on the 3A msg boards, that he is going to do more 1/6th Armstrongs. We don't know what the colorways will be yet. You might want to hold off spending all that cash for ebay prices because the BambalandStore prices are always good.

  • Awsome

    I want this one

but it looks like I got really late into this toyline to find one=>(

crossmy fingers maybe it will show up on Ebay?

  • #a figures are made in very limited runs and are of such high quality, they cost more because of materials and other production costs.

G.I. Joes are cheap because thousands, if not millions are made.

Some of 3A figures are made in runs of less than 100.

  • They are well worth the money! Best vinyl toys ever!

  • @mastergradeone

i think they arew custom, but there not metal there vynle. but yeah it is a lot of money.

  • Glad you're an Ash fan.

The fig is vinyl and plastic. Slight variations between all of them but not tru one-off custom painted. The paint is immaculate. They are made in very limited numbers.

I think the high cost is a combo of large vinyl, limited production runs, and "what will the market bear".

To me the cost is worth it, but most ppl would probably disagree w/me.

He also makes 1/12 figs that run about $40. I'm going to do a video for some of those real soon.

  • nice simple packaging

    why are they $250!?

i'm a big fan of Ashley wood buy his toys are too much..

are each one custom painted? is it made out of metal? are there limited of them? not sure why they cost so much

anyways. thanks for showing. upload more!
