You were 100% right. This is the not my problem and what the heck is customer service mentality. People don't care about the customer concept anymore, it's I;m just here to get a paycheck. No pride in doing a job well. Combine that with other countries that only get paid 2.00 a hr makes sense to big companies. Just go to a drive thru and you can see this in action. I had to threaten someone NOT to put a damn piece of cheese on my burger after I got it the last 5 times with it.

@PlatypusGuitar It sounds to me, though, that this was something completely out of the hands of the employee. It's five dollars, and it's not worth complaining about. Not to mention he returned the whole order because it was five dollars more than it should have been? There's nothing worse than people who tell you you're wrong when you have nothing to do with it.

I have come across stuff like this many times already in my life and when it happens its annoying. Its happened at a few places, I don't just with coupons but like with discount things and all that. But I don't really like wasting a lot of time trying to figure out how they screwed me cause even though im cheap and I don't like getting ripped off its to much work sometimes just to get a $1 or $5 back when it will probably will cost me more to drive back if I even get the money.

@bradmaster13 we the people hate jerks who work customer service. Ive done your job many times. I agree, people are assholes but I dont think greg was rude. Hes not a whiney moron who yells in public thats for sure and we all know hes right here.
