Wow ...Thank you Penny this was a very good video, you really help me out greatly understanding my wife. She has cyclothymia bi polar and its putting a lot of stress on our marriage (she wont take any meds) You are a very strong and a brave person to do this you're helping a lot off people by doing this thank you again A stay strong.

I Watched this for four minutes and realized what a waste of time it was. Learn how to edit your videos or just fucking spit it out. "you know, you know, but..." People are watching this looking for serious help and information. Stop jerking people around, if u want to help, find someone who actually knows something about the problem and post a link.
