Many people think the M6 has won because BMW knows how to build engines!!

Although The Lamborghini is indeed lighter it also has TWO MAJOR downsides:

1) AWD: It will greatly rob horsepower and performance especially at high speeds

2) Gearbox: Has tall gearing (The Lambo can reach 100kph/60mph in 1st gear, the M6 reaches the same speed in 2nd gear), drag racers know that the closer your ratios are the faster you accelerate, the BMW has 7 speeds, at 150mph the M6 is in 6th and the Lambo in 5th

@gilerageo Thanks man for your good explication but it rest one thing than ihave not understand.It's than other car have a power max at approx 6000rpm like the bmw than i had talking before but redline at 6500 or 6800.Why not at 7000 too???And why other car like M3,FERRARI,M5 etc... have a REDLINE at same place of his max power??Why not at plus 1000rpm approx like the car have talking before?
