Lesson Plan Idea and Details of Project:
This is my first crack at using Photo Story 3. I participated in the assignment with my students at the high school level. As the culminating project for Native Spanish 1, the students and I wrote our own fairy tales. After many revisions and editions, the students then created their own Photo Story 3 versions of their stories. I created this account for students so that they could freely upload their videos.

Hint for Photo Story 3: Be careful not to let students make videos with too much complexity. I learned this from trying to make my own story. I changed the movement paths of the pictures and added music behind my voice. The computer could not handle all the memory being used to save the file, and the file became corrupted. I lost all the changes I had made. I was lucky to have emailed the version you see here to my mother earlier in the week. I would have had to start again from scratch otherwise. This also happened to several students. Oh the joys of technology! Photo Story 3 would not open my file anymore, and I could not edit anything. The version I have uploaded here is my first draft of the video. Please excuse the sometimes strange movements of the pictures.
