SHELDON!

Today was the last day of Build Season 2011. At least the last day at school. We'll still be working on the robot on the weekend to get it ready to ship on Monday.

Today was the FIRST day we tested driving the robot. IT'S AMAZING THAT IT WORKS SO FLAWLESSLY ON THE FIRST TRY! We're so proud of everyone of our members and especially those who contributed the most. The ones who were there everyday. The ones who were actively involved. We WISH everyone could have been there to see the robot drive, but if you missed it, COME TO EXPO AT MADISON or the SAN DIEGO REGIONAL.

Special thanks to our mentors and advisors. They helped facilitate everything and guided us in the creation of this robot, but they were understanding and patient when stepping back and letting us learn for ourselves. Through the mistakes, sweat and tears, SHELDON IS BORN.

Team 812's Media Director loves her team. The members, the mentors, the ENERGY. Thank you for making this an unforgettable season!
