1. With your right foot, juggle the ball to your left side, high over your knee.

2. Bring your right leg back behind your left leg, and bend it so your heal is facing straight up.

3. Hit the ball with your right heal straight up in the air.

4. Bring your right leg back around so you can continue juggling the ball.
