Thanks. I got up to 225x11 doubles, and am now working on 235, aiming for 10-12 doubles within a 6 week stretch. I'll post another vid when I'm doing PR weights...
hilarious, but true. Thanks. FYI, I'm now doing 235 for doubles. My best performace to date was 225 for 11 sets of 2 in 15 minutes (not really regulating time in most workouts, just thought I'd note that so no one thinks I take 45 minutes for a measly 11 sets)
I'ts ironic, I used to only go from the floor, and I hated hang cleans. I got out of the practice of power cleans in general in favor of strongman training, got fatter than ever, and now I can't keep a good starting position for cleans from the floor. That's why I'm only hang cleaning right now. No idea what my max is, I gather it's around 255. All-time best from the floor is 265, hang 245.
