  • Th guy's hands are never suppose to be on the women's stomach or pelvis when doing a fish! If that happens then there is no support for the women and she falls forward into a face plant on the ground. When you demonstrated your hands and arms naturally went up around her rib cage where it's suppose to be. That gives the woman support and it's easier for her to hold herself up because the guy is helping!

  • Can someone tell me what the second lift is in the intro where she is on the ground kneeling, and the lift in the modern combination at the end. Thank youuuu :D
