U cn evn use water instead of rubbing alcohol. Get the newspaper/magazine, cotton wool pad, and a bowl of water. Oh nd a light colour nail polish. Paint ur nails light, then rip/cut a piece of the paper wich u wnt to use. Put it on ur nail Nd dip the cotoon wool pad in water nd press it realllllly hardly on ur nail... For about 30 secs! Itll do it. I myt do a tutorial on dis!!

I tried this and sprayed hairspray onto the side of the paper that I pressed onto my nail and it worked :) also, brand new newspaper works best.
