@TEMA3REN No, Gaara doesn't wear Eyeliner.... it only looks like he does for two reasons
1. Hes been awake his whole life.
2. Think about it, Naruto has whiskers because he has a fox demon inside him, then Gaara has a mask around his eyes because he has a Raccoon demon inside him.

Oh, and did I mention this is hilarious? Naruto has a girl's voice (maybe that's why he never sings), and Neji is apparently a hornbill and Gaara's mentor....thingy. lol
