Gay youth in foster/adoptive care face the highest rates of homelessness, depression, drug abuse, and suicide. A Thousand Moms works to build community support so that these youth may live in stable homes and live healthy, productive lives.

  • @ZarabethS179 My parents are straight, and we relate just fine. (: Do it. Gay really isn't so different, you'll see.

  • I want to foster a gay teen, but everyone says that I shouldn't because I'm straight and won't be able to relate to them. But I really want to give a gay teen a loving and understanding home.
