Go to options and then controls, you should see a bit saying plane controls, change that to whatever you like by moving the analog stick left or right

the only thing i dont like (i dont ahte it just i dont like it) is that the pitch controls on ps3 are kinda weird im used to do joystick down is up and up is down but here its up is up and down is down
