@ben4uchiha1 We do not live by feelings, as they can mislead you. We live by faith, as 2 Corinthians 5:7 says, "For we walk by faith, not by sight." We also see in Romans 1:17, Galatians 3:11, and Hebrews 10:38 that "the just shall live by faith." Do not let Satan trick you into living by fleshly feelings or what you see. If you want God's presence more, then fast and pray more. Pray in the Spirit longer. Spend more time with Him and you will certainly have His presence more often.

Matthew 5:17-18 Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. The law and the prophets is the old testament, so Jesus clearly states that nothing will be changed. But yet you claim turning to the old testament to prove a point is wrong?

@Disinherited72 No, I said turning to the Old Testament to deny a teaching in the New Testament is wrong. The purpose of Jesus' coming was not to abolish the law and prophets, but to fulfill them. He did fulfill them and now it is abolished. The law was a schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, and once we have come to him we are no longer under the law (Galatians 3:24-25)."For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth" (Romans 10:4). @Disinherited72 [...continued] "For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John." (Mat. 11:13)
"The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presseth into it." (Luke 16:16)
"In that he saith, A new covenant, he hath made the first old. Now that which decayeth and waxeth old is ready to vanish away." (Heb. 8:13)
"For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law." (Heb. 7:12)
