Kick ur leg harder man... thats the key 2 gainers, an sorta delay the tuc untill ur at the highest point
U can do em piss from what iv seen... :) try a wall gainer they help with technique i think

just keep on training it until it feels natural, umm.. and also use your arms a bit more, that way youæll get much more hight and rotation

i do my gainor's the same way.
and doing them down a hill is not easy.
but very good.

dude before you do the roll i would suggest looking up how to do the parkour gainer, it would be alot safer

Damn...i've never thought of rolling out after attempting the gainer...hmmm I'll have to give that a try next time...thanks for the advice...
