  • Why Fred is in the advertisements for a Chevelle song is beyond me..

  • Grenadeh all your comments I agree with, however....why are ALL the comments on this video by you? Seriously, monologues are not what one should be posting on song videos.

  • @Trazosable Are you sure? I know in South Dakota we have more Rock radio stations that play those groups than any other stations. Some play more of the older rock groups too.

  • @Trazosable agreed i love all those bands the lead singer of the goo goo dolls and i went to the same high school not at the same time though hahaha

  • My favorite part is the stabbing triangle going on. You're stabbing me through you, you're stabbing you through him, and betting most of this world. Eat your heart out Heavens Gate and other suicide pacters - bet your shit wasn't as cool as a three way stabtriangle illustrated by the badassery of Chevelle.

  • @volcomsk8er1317 If for no other reason, I plan to have kids so I can do m y part to preserve what little good exists in our culture. They will listen to good bands - Metallica, Dio, Iced Earth, Megadeth, Alestorm, In Flames, Chimaira, Johnny Cash, Chevelle, Rise Against, etc. I will be a failure as a parent if they don't appreciate this music more than most of the music of their own time.

  • @Trazosable I find if you don't read too far into the lyrics and stop being close-minded, which is what you're doing, you will find Rise Against and A Day to Remember to actually be very good. I absolutely love Rise Against, and I am by no means a huge "hardcore" or whatever the fuck it is fan. Or Punk or whatever nondescript terms you kids use these days. All I know is I like them.

  • @Grenadeh On one hand you have your Five Finger Death Punches and your Avenged Sevenfolds, which aren't real metal and need to stop tricking the world, and on the other hand you have actual metal. No offense to 5FDP or A7X because they are listenable.

  • @RidingSausage We've had one it's called Megadeth, who has been around equally along and is significantly better than Metallica. Though they are pretty much two sides of a metal coin - one is thrashier, one was power-ier. Except Metallica has sucked for over 14 years and Megadeth only gets better. We still have new bands to carry on their tradition. Blind Guardian, Iced Earth, Korpiklaani, Alestorm, need I continue. Amazing bands. Argue all you want, they are great.
