An awesome power movement. Great for improving on your power cleans, snatches, and other big explosive movements

  • Good video, I want to know what is the difference between power clean and muscle clean?

  • @grafixmad1 a muscle clean is the same movement minus the hip drive. Without the hip drive you have to "muscle" the weight up to the finish position.
