Excellent Filipino Reciter

Dawud from the Philippines recites in a superb voice resembling Abdul Basid, although he states he is resembling Mohammed Siddiqe Al-Minshawi(May Allah have mercy on them both) which is correct?. In Video begining: I seek refuge in Allah 'from' not 'for' Satan the rejected. So Al-Rahman I have seen translated in various ways like 'the Beneficent', 'the most Gracious', I understand it better as in English as Particularly Merciful.
