Dr Laura straps on her speculum. She doesn't use it the way a gynecologist does, she straps it on like a dildo. Laura's speculum is studded with spikes, and barbs.
Her face is contorted - hard. There are deep, vertical grooves at the upper lip-line, that deepen further with the clenching and grinding of her teeth. Her jaw looks pained.
She approaches the black woman:
