ICM 1/72 BM-13-16 'Katyusha' - A Building Review

Some claim this kit is 1/76 scale, and NOT 1/72.. and for once I tend to agree!

Kit Rating: 7 / 10 (Small parts, quite fiddly, bad fitting, poor instructions)

Decal Rating: 2 / 10 (They look good, but they aren't)

I felt the same way too when I first saw a Hasegawa Mi 24 kit, but I really wanted to build it. While I never finished it, i bought and have built several models now and it's been fun building and painting them. I mostly have Russian machinery but am expanding into western stuff.

I've seen a Katyusha in 1/35, I would be interesting in building one. For armor and the like, I prfer 1/35. Zevzeda has one in 1/35. Zevezda is good, I've built their BMP-2 , Su 47, BTR80.
