Squat: 180kg @ 17; 225kg @ 19; 275kg @ 21
Bench Press: 110kg @ 17; 160kg @ 19; 190kg @ 21
Deadlift: 240kg @ 17; 300kg @ 19; 335kg @ 21

NOTE: Strength measures according to raw lifts in National Powerlifting Competitions each within 2 weeks of the Bodybuilding competitions shown.

  • It's just fucked... at my age he had a 80 kilo heavier 1RM (or if that's his working weight that's fucked), like not even sure what my 1RM on bench is and a huge 70 kilo heavier dead lift. =(......
