This is week 4 of my Wii Fit Challenge. I vowed to lose 10 pounds in 1 month using Nintendo's brand new Wii Fit. I lost 2 Lbs in week 1 and 8 pounds total in 3 weeks. Yes that is a TV on top of another TV. Just like Sanford and Son.Watch Fox and Friends on Fox News Channel this Sunday (Father's Day) to find out how much weight I've lost in a month. It's the big weigh-in day.

  • good, but the last bit with the six pack, I don't believe.

  • Obviously the end was a joke with the shirtless picture. I hope people realized that.

  • Are you still going to continue doing the fit challenge to lose more weight or was your goal just to lose the 10lbs.Looks like fun.I can't wait until I start.Good Job!

  • Hi there! I plan on continuing to lose weight. I wanted to see if I could lose 10lbs in one month, which I did, now I want to lose another 10. My goal weight is 180.

  • Lol great ending! Your four videos were really interesting, how long did you go on the wii fit each day and did you do much change in your diet?

  • I did about 45 minutes each day... about 4-5 days a week. I tried to eat fewer calories. I also stopped eating a lot of simple carbs like chips, breads, and wasted calories. That helped the process.

  • @ClaytonMorris99 I did! But then again I thought you looked fine at 200 lbs. which is what I'm trying to get down to from 303. Would you believe I've lost 16 lbs. in 3 weeks just by not eating after 3PM in the afternoon? They may say it's unhealthy and that you should never skip meals but i figure with all the blubber I'm carrying around I can afford to miss a few!! Anyway, I'm a big fan of yours and Dave and Allison. Best of luck in reaching 180...my goal is 200 by October. We'll see.

  • @JimmyJones, I enjoy the wii fit alot of the exercises, you can do with out the wii for free such as push ups, but it makes things entertaining and it teaches proper posture when working out.... plus it influeces the rest of my household to do get off the couch, I wouldnt quite suggest it for weight loss but its great if you are naturaly healthy and active and you want your family to be active too sometimes its difficult to get kids off the couch

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.. Well I wouldn't mind my hubby looking like the pic in the end.. Yummy.. HAHAHAHA.. Your hilarious..

  • LOL, too funny. Um what about the face...;)

  • I don't mean to be negative, but it looks as if the running part is the only thing out of the game that would actually work in a goal of losing weight, and you can get that for free. I'm still thinking of buying the Wii solely for this product.

  • this video is the reason why I love youtube lol. I love the creativity in this video, especially the end lol. I'm just about to get my wii next week, yeah!

  • You are awesome! Join the Wii fit challenge!
