VRS F/A-18E is a good F/A-18 with Fully Working GUIDED Weapons Systems. It's $50, quite expensive, but worth it.

You have to do the flour drop mission. Change the flour bombs to mk 84s or whatever bombs you can find. You have to reposition the aircraft to whatever you want to blow up. It's kinda cheesy, but I don't know of another way.

You can't really fire rockets unless you have Flight Deck 5. You can only drop bombs. On flight deck five, there is a missle on flight deck five you can fire, but it is not a real missle.
