Project Dubai

Short program with Studio of Zaha Hadid, prof. Jan Tabor, Zdenek Franek a Radek Suchanek and students from Wien and from Faculty of art and architecture at Technical University in Liberec, Czech Republic.

We try to see Dubai not as an absurd enropic growth. We don't feel a need of importing any new order. We won't seek for an unification, won't insert a new structure in it, won't put some frame over it. We like Dubai as it is -- Dubai is a together-being of different architectural opinions, which are interacting; they are able to bring new contests each other an between them. We thing we can watch a new kind of city, a field of continuous development and change. In our presentation we expressed this idea by a play with symbols, synonyms of Dubai.
