  • this helps to know, the standard thought process is medics dig to find elevation in contiguous leads. Well in this case there is a STEMI yet elevation is not present in aVL (contiguous to lead I) due to the ventricular pacer. Very facinating in aVL how it elevates to the isoelectric line. Thank you for the clip.
