I was on a pattern of gaining weight without really even realizing it. Louis CK's comedy was one of the keys to me coming to the realization that I needed to lose some weight.

Best thing is to not weigh yourself constantly, it borders on obsession. Also when people reach a "goal" they always slack off and get fat again.

There's another video where he describes getting fat, and your skinny friend not empathising with your problems, I like him cos everything he says is so relatable... :')
