123 is right, most German soldiers were not fighting for Hitler, they were fighting for Germany, they weren't fighting to eradicate the Jews, they were fighting for there homes and families, just as American, British, Italian, and all other countries soldiers were.

Actually people, Nazi soldier weren't bad, Hitler made them look like they were bad, A german soldier is like a typical American, has a brother, sister, mother, a father, and they love and they hate, German brothers entered the war and if one was lost, the other would cry like a normal human being.

@unspoken00 basically the same mentality that the Iranians are being forced to go through. My biggest concern with the war in the Middle East is where is the hidden axis allies from WW2 that aided Hitler in Africa that might be part of the rise of the Fourth Reich?

No I'm sorry but I really dont agree with you.
The German soldier in WW2 had spent years under the strict social code imposed by the Nazi party, this was primarily based on the importance of race, strength, honour and the glory of sacrafice to the Fatherland. As a result the German soldier was indoctrinated to be extremely ruthless. Compare this to the Allied soldier, who had grown up in a highly liberal society, which valued justice and fairness. The two were nothing alike.

everyone here is right about the mg42's and the flak 88's but what most people forget is the MG fired the same caliber that the kar98k mauser did, meaning it was very powerful, but enough about that, THIS MOVIE OWNED , im so glad you used tool, thats meh favorite band and this is my favorite movie!
