Wings of Prey - Luftwaffe Expansion

Here's some footage of the Luftwaffe expansion pack. The footage is from 2 of the new missions. I made footage of some of the new planes too but couldn't record it properly due to replay file corruption, sorry about that...

Running at 1920x1200 with every setting maxed out. normally the game runs at 60fps, but now only at 30 due to fraps recording in Full HD...

@tidwindi well yes, but then it would just be a random collection of film shots. I would agree with you if it was just a complete mission recording.

Hello, for your format problem, type yt:stretch=16:9 in your tag-words.

Could you tell me which tool you're using to read the replays out of the game, and be able to work on it ?

I just use the ingame replay system, and record using fraps. I then use windows movie maker to edit the clips.

I downloaded the demo for PC and it constantly loses my logitech profile for the joystick every time I try to use it . Great looking game though especially the 1080

i think the Xs in place of swastikas detracts significantly from the game's realism. They'd be better off with nothing at all. Did you buy this online from within the US?

@go2toa Usually the feathers, including tail feathers, are removed before you cook the bird : )

Seriously, birds can be a hazard to aviation and some flight simulators do include birds. I don't think this one does. In any case, if you hit a bird then you will not have time to examine the tail feathers.

The aircraft look very good and the terrain is beautiful.

Visually this video is a treat, however it would have been interesting to hear what the engines and guns sound like. Sound is so important for a feeling of immersion in a simulated reality.

I trust the Expansion Pack did not include WW III "music". WW III is a sonic war with terrible weapons like heavy metal, punk, hip-hop and techno. Yes, I know where the mute button is and I know how to use it.
